Docker config improvements

Some improvements to the old config

  • Source code lives in a shared folder, so changes to the code no longer require rebuilding the image (saving you ~3 minutes of time)
  • Dockerfile contains fewer layers.
  • Updated README

Would like some people to test out if it works on their computer.
